| ElectionMall.com is seeking a Technical Support Specialist with prior experience as a phone/e-mail support specialist. Knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Office Suite 2000 and Windows XP, ACT!/Wired Contact is a plus. The candidate must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to communicate with end-users via phone, email, or fax. The candidate for this position must have at least one year experience handling incoming phone calls from customers, researching and resolving complaints. Must be a team player able to work flexible hours and work overtime. This person must be able to work independently as well as within a team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and communication skills and the ability to multi-task. |
